• Cutting

• Folding

• Saddle Stitching
  • This machine is used for stitching and binding book, notebook, magazine, etc. It uses iron wire and is equipped with 2-4 stitching heads. The products can be conveyed, stitched, collected smoothly. Design Conepts solutions are the key to your success.
• Adhesive Binding
  •  It is the easiest and least durable way to produce books, and is how most paperback books are bound. Single leafs are jogged to form a straight block, and the spine edge is glued with PVA, or rarely, some other bookbinding glue. This binding option is sometimes called a "soft cover", which is similar to a paperback novel binding. It is excellent for books, corporate reports, manuals, brochures, and annual reports. The advantages are: versatile, printable spine, longevity, overall look and visual appeal.
• Lamination
  • Almost all the options available in the market are in house. We provide every solution related to lamination to you. A fully automatic machine which does both cold and hot lamination with various substitutes like Bopp, Polyester etc. in varying thickness.
• Knurling
  • We use a knurling machine for embossing the paper surface with various patterns: linen, pin-let, leather and criss-cross.
• Aqua Varnish
  • We use a specialized machine for water-based & oil-based varnishing, involving spot and flood varnishing.
• Foiling
  • High end and quality machines are used for foiling, debossing and embossing.
• UV Varnish
  • A full automatic machine with UV drier-involving spot and flood varnishing.
