Return Defected Shipment

We ensure that every order is printed to its specifications and is of the excellent quality. This is why our customers have been coming back for years.

However, printing is a technical thing and a kind of work which is invloved with thousands of steps. In the rare occurrence if you receive a defective shipment, we will promptly investigate and reprint it.

What to do when you receive a product that has defects:

1. Kindly notify us by calling at +91 121 2704849 within 24 hours of your receipt of the items. Our representatives will take the details of your order and straight away put an inquiry to found out what went wrong. We request your to please send us the photos of the product as you have received them at info@dc-india.com before calling us.


2. Our Production Co-ordinator will contact you to regarding the problem. After all this if we see that we made an error, we will reprint it. 100%

Tthough, we reserve the right to request that 100% of the items be returned to us prior to reprinting.
