Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products and services.

Please note after making purchase if you change your mind and does not require our services or products please inform immediately. In case if your work has not started yet we can cancel your order as per your request and issue you full refund within 7-10 days.

If your work has stared we may not be able to cancel your order and you will have to pay for your order.

In case you receive defected products please inform immediately. If the defects are found due to the error on part of Design Concepts you will be given replacement of your products. To receive replacement of products you will have to return the defected products. The return shipping will be paid by the buyer. If the defect is found to be due to error on part of the buyer there will be no replacement issued.
