Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within specified number of days as mentioned in price quote or Design Concepts Buying Guide.
The shipment details i.e. AWB no, Bilty number etc will be provided after shipping of goods.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the shipment is done you will be intimated by mail/sms with AWB number/Bilty number etc.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Design Concepts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Design Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries in Europe, US and Asia. Please check the shipping service in your area with us before making a purchase. We ship by Sea as well as by Air depending on demand of buyers.

Returns Policy

We accept returns if the product is found to be defective due to errors from Design Concepts Team.
Returns are not accepted if any defect arises due to errors from your side.
